Day 12: Porto Pozzo - Spiaggia Rena di Ponente

The morning got off to a sweet start: Our hostess had dropped by with a plate of Sardinian delicacies as a small gesture of apology, which we immediately enjoyed for breakfast.

From Porto Pozzo, we continued on to Spiaggia Rena di Ponente. The water shimmered in an incredible shade of blue-turquoise, and we spent plenty of time swimming.

In the evening, we had a selection of various seafood dishes as an appetizer, followed by pizza. The sunset was beautifully visible from our lodging and bathed the sky in shades of red and purple.
