Day 2: San Vito - Cala Caterina

Day two, and our first real beach day. No plans, no destination just lounging, water, and sun. The beach was really beautiful; the water sparkled a gorgeous turquoise in the sun, and lots of little fish were swimming around. For a few pennies, we picked up a beach umbrella that could be staked into the sand. An investment for life or at least for the next two weeks.

On the drive to the beach and back, we found ourselves asking the same old, never-answered question once again: Why exactly are WE always getting passed?! 😂😅
